現在、日本各地で増加している空家・空室。
そのまま放置すると、地域の空洞化や治安の悪化などにもつながりかねません。
私たちは、東村山の皆様と空家・空室の活用を考え、さまざまな提案を行います。インバウンド向けには宿泊施設としての有効活用を提案しながら、専門的な知識と柔軟な発想で、より広く新たな活用の可能性も探っていきます。
また、東村山の地域の魅力を伝えるなど海外への発信を積極的に行い、短期的・長期的な人の流入を促すことで、
将来的にも活気ある東村山の地域の再生、そして日本を元気にすることをめざします

Hello everyone from Higashimurayama City.My name is Kawakubo from the Association for Promotion of Vacancy Measures.Currently, vacant houses and vacant rooms are increasing in various parts of Japan. If left as it is, it may lead to the hollowing out of the area and the deterioration of security.We will consider using vacant houses and vacant rooms with everyone in Higashimurayamaand make various proposals. While proposing effective utilization as accommodation facilities for inbound tourists, we will also explore the possibility of wider and new utilization with specialized knowledge and flexible ideas. In addition, we will proactively disseminate information about the attractions of the Higashimurayama area to overseas markets, and encourage an influx of people in the short and long term.
