■プロフィール

1985年、東京都東村山市生まれ。エンターテイメントの広告やプロモーションツールのデザインを手がけるプロダクションで経験を積み、その後、商業施設を中心にディレクションを行い、プロダクト、WEB、空間など様々な分野に展開するプロダクションでの経験を経て、2020年に株式会社SOLOを設立。

私たちのチームは、ブランディングの視点を軸に、CI・VIの開発、グラフィック、WEB、プロダクトなど、幅広いデザイン業務に取り組んでいます。私自身、デザインの力を活かし、地域の魅力を引き出すことにも情熱を注いでいます。

デザインの力で東村山の魅力を伝え、地元の活性化に貢献することを目指しています。日本各地の伝統工芸士さんをはじめとした職人さんとのプロダクト開発や展示会やワークショップなど地場産業復興事業のディレクションも経験しています。

私の作品やデザイン手法は、デザインノートやMDNデザイナーズファイルなど、多数の書籍に掲載されています。その実績と経験を活かし、クライアントのニーズに応じたオリジナルなデザインを提供します。

Introducing Yuichi Tsunakawa (SOLO Representative) Graphic Designer/Art Director

Profile: Yuichi Tsunakawa was born in 1985 in Higashimurayama City, Tokyo. He gained experience working in a production company that specializes in designing advertisements and promotional tools for entertainment. Afterwards, he focused on directing commercial facilities and gained experience in various fields, including product, web, and spatial design. In 2020, he established SOLO Corporation.

At SOLO, our team works on a wide range of design projects, including branding, CI/VI development, graphics, web, and product design, with a focus on branding. Personally, I am passionate about utilizing the power of design to bring out the charm of local regions. I aim to convey the appeal of Higashimurayama through design and contribute to the revitalization of the local community. I have also had experience directing local industrial revival projects, including product development and exhibitions/workshops with traditional craftsmen from various regions in Japan.

My works and design methods have been featured in numerous books such as Design Notes and MDN Designer’s File. Leveraging my achievements and experience, I provide original designs tailored to the needs of clients.
